I thank God for our Systematic Theology courses and thank you Todd for lightening out these chapters.
1-Yes ,God can choose people even according to their culture. All my parents family were serving demon and I use to , but the Lord was taking me from there to become a faithful Theologian.
2-Yes , Women can evangelize and preach : John chapter 4. Jesus call us all . Math.28 : 18-20
